What we collect. This website has no forms that store data and uses no cookies or tracking. When you send us a booking request by email, WhatsApp, Viber or phone, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, contact details, dates, number of guests and preferred apartment.

Why. Only to answer your request and, if you book, to manage your stay and meet our legal obligations (for example tax and guest registration rules in Greece).

How long. Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Booking records are kept for as long as Greek law requires.

Sharing. We do not sell or share your details, except with public authorities when the law requires it. Messages pass through the providers you choose (Google Gmail, WhatsApp, Viber), under their own privacy terms.

Your rights. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
